Dynair TC-HT Centrifugal roof fans vertical discharge

The TC-HT series of centrifgual roof fans are designed for direct or ducted smoke extraction, up to +150°C in continuous operation. The main characteristic of these fans is their vertical exhaust conveyor which guarantees optimized safety in the event of a fire: fast and effective toxic fume extraction, leading to safer escape routes, easier access for the emergency teams, and minimizing the effects of fire on the building structures. These fans are F400 certified by the independent APPLUS committee, according to EN 12101-3 standards.

Construction:

  • Mounting plate made from galvanized steel, with an epoxy finish.
  • Protective shroud manufactured from drawn steel rods, protected against atmospheric agents.
  • High efficiency, low noise, backward curved blade impeller made from galvanized steel sheet, statically and dynamically balanced statically and dynamically according to ISO 1940 standards. The impeller can withstand extremely high temperatures, and ensures the proper cooling of the motor at all times.
  • Asynchronous single- or three-phase motor, CE marked, with IP55 protection and Class F insulation,  manufactured according to the following international standards: IEC 600034, IEC 60072, EMC 2014/30/UE, LVD 2014/35/UE. Suitable for S1 Service (continuous operation at constant load).
  • Upper cover and vertical exhaust conveyor made from galvanized steel sheet, protected against atmospheric agents with epoxy finish, in grey RAL 7001.
