Dynair AL Forward curved blade centrifugal fans

The AL series of centrifugal fans were primarily designed for residential and commercial applications. They can be used for ventilation with clean or slightly smoky air up to +100°C. Available in 8 different sizes, with impeller diameters ranging from 200 to 450 mm. Fitted with an adjustable casing, the discharge direction can be easily changed on site, in 45°intervals, without dismantling the whole device (except 180°and 225° which require a special construction). Standard orientation is LG 270°.

Construction:

  • Volute casing made from steel sheet, protected by epoxy paint.
  • Single inlet, single width, forward curved impeller, made from galvanized steel sheet (models 200-315) or steel sheet with blades welded on (models 355-450).
  • The impeller is coupled direcly to the motor shaft (execution 4).
  • Single- , or three-phase asynchronous motors, with IP55 grade protection and Class F insulation, CE marked, compliant with the following international standards: IEC 60034, IEC 60072, EMC 2014/30/UE, LVD 2014/35/UE.

Accessories:

  • Inlet and outlet protection guard, manufactured according to UNI 12499 standard, protected against atmospheric agents.
  • Round inlet cone, made out of steel sheet, coated in epoxy.
  • Round inlet adapter.

Installation:

  • Centrifugal fans with forward curved blades must always be installed into ducted systems, with adeqaute resistance (e.g. setting shutters), so the airflow limits the drawn current to the value specified by the motor rating label.
