Dynair CCB bifurcated ducted axial fans

The bifurcated CCB fans are designed to convey hot smoke, fumes and vapours of fluids, or air saturated by grease, oil or particles, where the motor has to be totally separated from the airflow. This is possible thanks to the motor being enclosed in a completely isolated pod, behind the impeller.  For example, they can be used in professional kitchens, painting booths, furnaces, foundries, cooling/evaporative towers, etc. Their design allows for easy installation and maintenance. The casing is double ended with standard flanges, allowing for installation either along the ducting or at both ends. The fans of the CCB series are designed to convey air with a temperatures  up to +200°C in continuous “S1” service at constant load.

  • Stainless steel AISI 304 casing, with airtight motor housing, featuring fixing flanges manufactured according to ISO 13351 standards.
  • High performance axial impeller with aerofoil profile blades and hub made from die cast aluminium, balanced according to the ISO 1940 standard. The pitch angle of the blades can be adjusted when stationary.
  • Impeller coupled directly to the motor, with airflow from impeller to motor.
  • Asynchronous single- or three-phase motor, suitable for S1 service (coninuous operation at constant load) with IP55 grade protection, Class F insulation, CE marked, in compliance with the following international standards: IEC 60034, IEC 60072, EMC 2004/108/CE, LVD 2006/95/CE.
