Dynair REC SMART Decentralized HRU

The REC Smart is an innovative decentralized heat recovery unit, with up to 75% thermal efficiency, suitable for single rooms up to 40 m2. Remarkably compact and versatile, can be mounted vertically or horizontally. The installation is quite simple, a single 100 mm whole is necessary in the wall. Ideal for refurbishing older houses with bad ventilation, reducing energy bills, or as a complete solution for humidity problems in kitchens or bathrooms.

This product complies with the European Union’s ecodesign directive.

Construction:

  • Great energy savings thanks to the EC motors.
  • Built-in “by-pass” and antifreeze modes.
  • Equipped with 3 filters, air from both directions is cleaned before coming in contact with the heat exchanger.
  • Easy maintenance and cleaning: both the filters and the heat exchanger are removable for cleaning purposes.
  • Compliant with the following international standards: EN 60335-2-80,  B.T. 2014/35/UE, és EMC 2014/30/UE.
  • Tubular heat exchanger, with separate channels for optimal hygiene.

The REC Smart is available in 3 different lengths, with 100 mm inner diameters. You can also choose between the standard and the MHY version equipped with a built-in humidity sensor. Both models are equipped with a timer for max operating speeds. The HMY version works with a unique method to adjust ventilation speeds according to the current humidity. The REC Smart is also available with a touchscreen remote for weekly programming of ventilation settings, known as REC Smart+.
