The VA HT fire smoke extraction axial fans are of in-line duct mounting design, featuring aerofoil profile impellers and flow straightening grilles, which enable outstanding aerodynamic performance and increased efficiency. They are particularly recommended for applications requiring strict compliance with high pressure and air volume specifications, and allow for significant reduction in operating energy costs.

They are available in diameters from 400 mm to 1600 mm (larger sizes on request), with performance up to 230,000 m³/h and 2,400 Pa. Higher pressures can be achieved by installing two fans in series.

The series is suitable for operation at temperatures ranging from -20°C to +70°C and is certified in F300/120 and F400 class by the independent APPLUS laboratory according to EN12101-3:2015.

Versions:

VA HP: version for standard air only, with temperatures from -20°C to +70°C.

Dynair TAH HT

In-line axial fans for roof mounting and for applications requiring strict compliance with high pressure and airflow specifications. The aerofoil profile of the blades, developed with the aid of fluid-dynamic simulations, ensures excellent performance, high efficiency, long service life and robustness.

The series is suitable for operation at temperatures from -20°C to +70°C and is F400 certified by APPLUS laboratory according to EN 12101-3:2015.

Dynair CRP-CRP V HT

Centrifugal roof extractors for direct or ducted extraction, suitable for the removal of high-temperature fumes. Available with horizontal (CRP) or vertical (CRP V) airflow configurations. The series is suitable for operation at +150°C in S1 duty cycle and features CE marking with F400 certification according to EN12101-3:2015, issued by the independent certification body APPLUS.

The CRP HT and CRP V HT extractors are roof-mountable and can be connected to accessories with square or circular cross-sections.

Dynair CC SHT

The CC SHT series fans are high-efficiency, in-line axial fans for ducted applications, designed and approved for the extraction of high-temperature smoke. They have been specifically developed as a product range that meets the performance requirements set forth in fire prevention technical regulations for the design and construction of commercial activities, as well as for fire safety ventilation in buildings, in accordance with the UNI 9494 standard.

The series is suitable for operation at +60°C and is certified F300 and F400 (excluding the 2-pole versions, which are certified F300/120) according to EN 12101-3, with a guarantee for operation at 300°C for 2 hours, provided by the independent and qualified external body Applus.

Dynair BOX-T BC HT

The BOX T BC HT series extractors are high-performance, boxed centrifugal fans with backward-curved impellers, designed for belt-driven operation, connected to the motor via V-belts and pulleys. They are designed for industrial use where smoke extraction is required.

The series is suitable for operation at temperatures from -20°C to +115°C in S1 duty cycle, and features CE marking with F400 class certification according to EN12101-3:2015, issued by the independent certification body Applus.

Dynair TA-HT High performance duct axial fans F300/120 – F400

The TA-HT fans are designed for applications requiring an absolute conformity to high specifications in terms of pressure and air volume. The TA-HT series are particularly robust and long-lasting, with high performance, thanks to their aerdoynamically optimized aerofoil blades. The long casing allows for easy installation. These fans are available with 2,4,6, or even 8 pole motors, and 6,9, or 12 blade impellers. They are suitable for extraction of clean air between -20°C and +70°C in continuous operation, and are F300/120 and F400 certified by the independent APPLUS committee, according to the EN 12101-3 standard. The ErP conformity can be selected via the aid of the Blowdyn 2.0 software, or by contacting KOMPEL Kft. directly.

Silencers made from galvanized steel sheet, lined with high density acoustic insulation material.
Deflector on outlet side for optimal air discharge and ventilation, supplied as standard. Bidirectional models are equipped with two deflectors.

The REIDUCT-C series are a circular cross-section airvent systems, featuring a double-walled metal duct sections made from embossed aluminium. They are certified for fire resistance according to the UNI-EN 1366-1:2014 standard, and feature EI120 class fire protection, according to the UNI EN 13501-3 + A1 2009 standard. The series features ducts, curves and many different adapters, all suitable for horizontal or vertical installation. The internal wall features a conical joint made from AISI316L stainless steel. These products feature great smoke tightness, with a loss of less than 10 m³/m². Air tightness of these ducts is Class C (2,000 Pa), as defined by the UNI EN 1507: 2008 standard.
